Union Running

Union Running blends both physical training and social connection to develop a running community where individuals can come to run well, safely and with the support of others. We incorporate heart rate training, specifically the Maffetone Method, with the intention of teaching our clients that they have to ‘slow down to speed up.’ At Union Running, clients have an opportunity to build a strong running foundation by engaging in strength training, developing proper running mechanics, improving their balance, stability and agility, as well as learning how to approach their running safely with an intentional warm up and cool down. Ultimately, it is our goal to make running a more approachable and enjoyable pastime for everyone.
