The strength training program at Union Running focuses on building strong runners. We target the muscle groups that will support you on your long runs and power you through your goal races. Our programming will help you improve your balance, stability and strength on the road and in your daily activities.

Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a full body workout that will challenge and invigorate you! During our Live Stream Workouts, you'll experience virtual training at its finest. Complete with modifications to reduce or increase the intensity of your workouts based on your needs, you can now receive semi-personal training in the comfort of your own home. The class is 45 minutes and is open to both Members and Non-Members!
