Our programming will help you improve your balance, stability and strength on the road and in your daily activities.

Join us every Saturday Morning for a full body workout that will challenge and invigorate you! At The Elements, you'll experience interval training at it's finest. In a small group setting of 6 people or less, you will receive semi-personal training at the fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. The class is 45 minutes and is open to both Members and Non-Members! The Elements is offered every Saturday at 7:15AM and 8:15AM.
